Support for contract clients never ends, and is available 24/7, 365 for emergency needs, and during our normal business hours of Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm Pacific, for all other needs.
Support for hourly clients is available Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm Pacific.
We do step out for lunch for about an hour starting around noon, Monday through Friday.
