Depending on the engagement, we offer an hourly rate or a flat rate. Our staff keep detailed logs of the time they spend on your request or project. We count in fifteen minute increments. Work logs are disclosed upon invoice issuance. We only work for as long as a case requires, so you’ll never be overbilled for unproductive time. We bill for all time spent on behalf of your organization, including direct support, research, documentation, travel, troubleshooting, and communication. Senior staff rates fall between $150 and $350 per hour while technician rates are between $95 and $135 per hour.
